Lyn Carter is an artist based in Toronto.Most recently, shecreated a site-specific work for the Third Guangzhou Triennial (Guangzhou, China). She has exhibited across Canada, in the U.S.A., Australia, Britain, Spain and Mexico. She began her undergraduate studies in textile design and did her Masters of Fine Art in sculpture at York University. From 2003 to 2005 she was Co-Head of the Textile Studio in the Crafts and Design Program at Sheridan College, Oakville. She currently teaches at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto.
